It has been observed that people who always smile are healthy people. And I guess, that is true based on my experienced. I really love to smile as it makes my world go round. I feel so comfortable, so carefree. I can feel that with my smile, I own the world.

Smile is an expression of pleasure.
It has been found out through research that it relieves all kinds of stresses, physical or mental.
It also considered one of the ingredients or factors that motivates and encourages people to work harder and improve their level of performance in any thing they do.

As I remember, one friend had told me that I must keep this wonderful smile forever. With it, I lived with this smile for this makes me more friendly and approachable.

“bungisngis” as what my high school classmates always called me. It composes my whole being and this becomes a part of my daily routine.
If I cannot start my day with a sweet smile, I feel so dry and irritable.
