My stress management techniques


Effect of stress depends upon the person on how he or she handles it. how one can handle stress depends on being able to recognize it, knowing where it’s coming from, and understanding stress management options that is most appropriate to the situation.

Some a
re my stress management techniques:

1. Pray
The spiritual level holds the entire human person together. It carries with the meaning of man’s relationship with a world beyond what is felt by the senses- a world beyond himself, others and the environment- but which somehow gives meaning, purpose and coherence to one’s existence. It is a points to a relationship with a supernatural being which may articulated by the individual. When I pray, I feel so relax and recuperated.


2. Scheduling: time management
Time is a resource. Managing my time really manage my self in such a way as to optimize the time available in order to achieve gratifying results.

3. Siesta
I really love to sleep as it relaxes my mind and my body muscles.
Siesta means taking a nap, short rest, a break or recharging of battery in order to improve productivity.

4. Exercise
Frequent exercise is probably one of the best physical stress-reduction techniques available. It does not only improves health but also relaxes tense muscles and induces sleep.

5. Music
Music plays an important part in everyday life of a person. it provides medium of expression for thoughts and emotions. It is also a way to relieve tension. Music adds to the quality of my life.

As I engage myself to strenuous activities everyday, I worry no more.
For these techniques really helps me to feel relax and easy…. So you better try it NOW….hehehehe
